Sony just dropped the details on the official PlayStation Blog about the first PS Plus Essential lineup of 2025. Before we dive into the games, let us wish you a happy and amazing New Year!
This month, subscribers can look forward to three awesome games, all available at the Essential tier. One standout? The highly-praised indie gem The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe.
The free PS Plus Essential games will be available to download starting Tuesday, January 7, 2025. From that point on, subscribers can add the titles to their library and play them – as long as their subscription stays active.
If you’re looking for info on the upcoming PS Plus Extra and Premium games, you’ll need to hang tight a little longer. We’re guessing they’ll be announced around January 15 and drop on January 21.
