Sukhothai, the jungle-like rainforest area, can really push you to your limits in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. To fully explore Sukhothai and uncover all its puzzles and treasures, you’ll need a lot of patience and time – and that’s where we come in! This guide will help you find all the Ancient Relics in Sukhothai.
In Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, there are a total of 24 Sukhothai Ancient Relics – the most of any region in the game. So, you’ve got your work cut out for you. But don’t worry, our guide has all the details you need. We’ve also structured this article to better match the general flow of the game.
Note: To access some of these areas, you’ll need the rebreather. You can buy this tool from Tongdang.
Before you start collecting the relics, make sure you’ve completed these quests:
- The Blessed Pearl
- A Study in Fear
- The Kid Who Vanished (from Sunan in the village)
- Lost in the Past (also from Sunan in the village)
- Optional: Consider getting the Wehrmacht Uniform to make some parts of the game easier.
Get all Sukhothai Ancient Relics in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle – Riddles of the Ancients
Sukhothai Relic #1
Begin your adventure in the northwest section of the map, where the first relic is tied to the Blessed Pearl quest. After unveiling the Hidden Pyramid, use your boat to cross the lake. Look for a crumbling tower on the right side of the shore. Climb to the top to claim the relic.
Sukhothai Relic #2
Head to the submerged entrance of the Hidden Pyramid. During the quest, Indy must dive underwater, skillfully navigating through gaps to evade a massive anaconda. Once you reach an open-air section near the structure, continue along the dimly lit corridor to discover the relic.
If you have the Sukhothai Relics booklet, activating it will reveal the relic’s location near the pyramid’s base. Swim down to locate the underwater passage.
Sukhothai Relic #3
Inside the Hidden Pyramid, you’ll reach a vast chamber with a pool at its center. Watch out for the anaconda lurking nearby. On your right, stone ledges lead to the relic. Carefully climb these ledges to secure it.
Sukhothai Relic #4
After vanquishing the anaconda, ascend to the top of the pyramid’s interior. When you encounter a fork in the path, take the route to the right. Spot the vines hanging near the edge of the cliff. Leap across the gap, grab the vines, and continue climbing to retrieve the relic.
Sukhothai Relic #5
During the Lost in the Past quest, after completing the initial escape from the Hidden Pyramid in The Blessed Pearl, speak to Sunan for details about the Wat Sa Si ruins in the west.
Explore the ruins until you come across a prayer wheel in a central chamber. To the right, there’s a crawlspace. Enter it to find the relic.
Sukhothai Relic #6
Travel to the northernmost part of Sukhothai, where an abandoned shed awaits. Use your whip to swing across a gap and reach the relic hidden inside.
Sukhothai Relic #7
This relic involves a small puzzle along the river that winds eastward from the Hidden Pyramid. Look for a narrow passage behind a waterfall. Inside, you’ll find a wall puzzle that requires placing relics collected across Sukhothai and other regions.
Rotate the relics strategically: turning them right raises all horizontal and vertical nodes, while turning them left raises adjacent nodes. Complete the puzzle to unlock the relic.
Sukhothai Relic #8
This relic serves as the reward for unlocking the Serpent’s Chest. Since it requires keys gathered from earlier areas, it’s advisable to prepare ahead of time. Consult your collection for these keys to claim the treasure.
Sukhothai Relic #9
At the Secret Armory fast travel point, check the table at the base for the relic. To avoid any confrontation, equip the Royal Army Uniform, which allows you to pass unnoticed by the guards.
Sukhothai Relic #10
This relic is located beyond the chambers with spinning clock gears. Once Indy and Gina manage to open the stone door, proceed straight to the dead end to find the relic waiting for you.
